We offer a variety of equestrian experiences for all skill levels, including guided trail rides with stunning views of Grand Lake o' the Cherokees, and both English and Western riding lessons. Beyond the saddle, you can enjoy our popular horse camp, or unwind at our on-site winery, complete with three charming cottages for a peaceful getaway.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP),

In partnership with a psychotherapist and an equine professional, EAP utilizes the sensitive nature of horses to foster relationships built on trust and connection. This unique approach is effective for addressing issues like anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and personal boundaries, helping you regulate your nervous system through mindfulness and a deeper connection with your body and emotions.
Horse Sales

The Vineyard Cottages
For a truly immersive experience, Royal Horse Ranch is pleased to offer three elegantly appointed guest cottages, nestled directly within our home vineyard. Named for classic varietals—Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Merlot—each cottage provides a unique and tranquil retreat for our guests, allowing them to enjoy the serene beauty of the vine rows.
Monkey Island Winery
Adjacent to our cottages and utilizing our own cultivated resources, you'll find the Monkey Island Winery. Established in 2010 and proudly relaunched in the fall of 2017, our winery is dedicated to crafting a distinct selection of wines that capture the unique flavors of the region. Our portfolio is meticulously fermented and bottled on-site, featuring:
- Estate Wines: Crafted from the Cynthiana/Norton grapes cultivated right here in our home vineyards.
- Local Fruit Wines: Innovative and delightful wines made from fresh pears, peaches, and blackberries sourced from Monkey Island.
- Select Varietals: A range of other premium wines produced from carefully sourced, high-quality juices.
